Terms of Service
Last updated: August 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any quote you request from Bin Busters. By using the site you accept them. Rental jobs are also governed by the written rental agreement or work order you sign.
1. Website use
This site is provided for general information and to request service. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or submit false or another person's information.
2. Quotes are estimates, not contracts
Prices, container availability, delivery windows and weight allowances shown or quoted are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation. Final terms, rates, rental period, tonnage limits, overweight and extended-rental charges are set out in the rental agreement or work order for your job.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe, legal and unobstructed access to the placement site, and obtain any permit required by your municipality for placement on a street or public right-of-way.
- Confirm you own the property or have the owner's authorization for container placement.
- Do not overload the container above the fill line, and keep the load level for safe hauling.
- Accept responsibility for damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, pipes or utilities caused by placement or hauling at the location you designate.
- Keep the container free of unauthorized dumping while it is on your site; you are responsible for its contents.
4. Prohibited materials
Hazardous and regulated waste may not be placed in our containers. This includes, without limitation: paint, solvents, oils and fuels, asbestos, batteries, tires, propane tanks and other pressurized containers, medical or biohazardous waste, refrigerants and appliances containing them, pesticides, electronics where prohibited, contaminated soil, and liquids. You agree to pay all additional charges, fines and remediation costs resulting from prohibited materials in your container, and you remain responsible under applicable federal and Puerto Rico environmental law as generator of the waste.
5. Scheduling, cancellation and dry runs
Delivery and pickup dates are targets and may be affected by weather, road conditions, landfill hours, equipment availability and events outside our control. If our truck cannot complete a scheduled delivery, swap or pickup because of blocked access, an overloaded container or prohibited materials, a trip (dry-run) fee may apply as stated in your agreement.
6. Payment
Charges are due as stated in your rental agreement or invoice. Late balances may accrue interest and reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law. Applicable Puerto Rico sales and use tax (IVU) is added where required.
7. Disclaimers
This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is complete or current. Nothing on this site is legal, engineering or regulatory advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bin Busters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of this website. Our total liability for claims relating to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Service-related liability is governed by your rental agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bin Busters harmless from claims, damages, fines and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your placement instructions, unpermitted placement, or prohibited materials placed in a container assigned to you.
10. Intellectual property
The Bin Busters name, logos, slogan "Your build. Our bins.", site design, text and images are owned by Bin Busters or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Puerto Rico, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Before filing, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Questions: 787.846.5566 or binbusterspr@gmail.com.
